Yes. You will need to call your auto insurance company to let them know that you were in an auto accident and will be getting an exam with Dr. Kerner. We can help you verify your insurance, complete the insurance paperwork and help you file a claim. We've been through this many times before.

Your Chiropractic exam and treatments are generally covered in full by your automobile insurance policy, whether you were the driver, passenger or pedestrian. It does not matter who was at fault.

"My auto insurance policy does not cover medical. Can I still get the Chiropractic care with Dr. Kerner that I need?"

Yes. We accept Attorney Liens, which means we receive payment from your attorney when your case settles. If you have an attorney already, please have them contact us. If you need an accident attorney, Dr. Kerner can recommend some for you. He works with a number of attorneys in the Bay Area. In addition, there may be other ways that your Chiropractic care can be covered. We would be happy to discuss these options with you.
